Allied Instructional Services is a Virginia-based company that is led by therapists and educators. We offer a unique partnership with school divisions to provide effective and evidence-based speech and language therapy services to the students we serve. 

At AIS, we are committed to the success of our independent contractors and the students they serve: 

• We provide excellent compensation and a highly competitive rate. In addition to your infield rate for your full school day, you are compensated for travel time to and from your placement. Office hours pay is also available with some placement opportunities if any work is needed outside of the regular school day. 
• Providers are individually matched and paired based upon their unique skill sets and the speech and language needs of the divisions they serve. 
• We are dedicated to the success of our providers and provide exceptional support in a culture of innovation with access to resources and support from highly qualified SLP Services Coordinators
• SLPAs are partnered with highly qualified SLPs who can provide the supervision and support needed to ensure success.
• Flexible schedule: As an independent contractor, you can adjust your schedule within the school day to fit your needs.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders and Sciences
• Must be clinically driven, dependable, and self-motivated 
• 1099 Contract
• Must meet criteria to obtain licensure when applicable
