We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful operations manager to help lead our growth. You’ll oversee the non-kitchen side of our business — managing our delivery team, organizing production details, and coordinating catering logistics. You’ll work closely with our founder and our executive chef and be a key leader in our company as we expand in Cleveland and into future markets. High points: Purposeful work. Responsibilities of the position: Daily Service Preparation Organize daily production guide for our kitchen team. Print and organize name cards for every order. Generate and print labels for delivery totes. Populate order count in prep sheet for the following day. Delivery Management Recruit, train, and manage delivery drivers. Ensure that all orders arrive on time. Oversee HarvestOwl’s presence at our partner companies. Weekly Menu Setup Input menu selections and run our menu recommendation engine. Layout a print version of our menu. Build our weekly prep sheet for kitchen in Google Sheets. Coordinate Catering Orders Work with customers to set up their boxed lunch catering order. Integrate catering orders into kitchen reports. Create and send invoices. Truck and Facility Maintenance Coordinate maintenance for our delivery truck fleet. Assist with day-to-day purchasing and maintenance of our kitchen and office. Guest Support Contribute to our guest support efforts. Ensure that our guests feel heard and know that we’re on their side. Proactively go above and beyond for our guests to create raves and build loyalty and trust. People, Management, and Leadership Model and teach our core values daily. Help create a culture where we put our employees first and where they know we truly care about their well‑being. Day to Day Our operations manager will sometimes need to assist with other areas of our business — for example, helping in the kitchen if we’re shorthanded. This position is Sunday through Thursday. You’ll be off on Friday and Saturday. We’re open to candidates at different experience levels — the title and scope can flex for the right person. Compensation range: $60,000 to $80,000.
