Role Description

The Associate Intake Coordinator position is offered to new members of the Texas Medical Legal Consultants, LLC (“TxMLC”) Intake Department. The purpose of this position is to familiarize the Coordinator with TxMLC’s clients and processes, assist with data entry for inbound case opportunities, and ultimately convert medical expert retention opportunities received from legal clients independently.

Accessibility by phone and e-mail is imperative for the Associate Intake Coordinator to effectively execute the responsibilities of the role.

Principal Areas of Responsibilities:

• Achieve a high level of understanding of the company’s background, services, and clients

• Obtain proficiency in basic medical and legal terminology and concepts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both legal clients and experts

• Enter all case-related information and activities into the TxMLC CRM on an accurate and timely basis, regardless of the conversion potential

• Timely and accurate replies to all incoming emails, as well as taking inbound calls from new and existing legal clients

• Follow up on all stale/cold case inquiries

• Learn to analyze legal client requirements and provide appropriate expert recommendations

• Provide coverage for other Intake Coordinators as needed

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in communications, business, marketing, or leadership

• Must be Microsoft proficient

• Possesses extreme attention to detail and organizational skills

• Exhibits self-motivation

• Always conducts oneself professionally
