Intake Coordinator/ Intake Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking  two types of intake professionals to join our growing team:

• Intake Specialist (Sales-Focused): A proven closer with telemarketing or high-volume sales experience. This is a performance-driven role where you’ll convert leads into booked consultations, overcome objections, and thrive on commissions and competition.
• Intake Coordinator (Organizational-Focused): A detail-oriented professional who excels at managing calendars, intake documents, follow-ups, and ensuring the pipeline runs smoothly. This is the backbone of intake — keeping everything organized, timely, and client-ready.

Both roles are essential. Specialists drive conversion and growth. Coordinators ensure no client slips through the cracks and attorneys get clean, complete files. Together, intake is the engine that powers Tess House Law.

Location:  Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, with opportunities for  in-office, hybrid, or remote work  for those who consistently meet performance expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Intake Specialist (Sales-Focused)

• 3–5+ years proven success in sales, telemarketing, or high-volume client acquisition.
• History of consistently hitting or exceeding quotas and conversion goals.
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Competitive, goal-driven personality — motivated by commissions and performance.

Intake Coordinator (Organizational-Focused)

• 2+ years in client-facing or administrative support roles (legal, medical, customer service, or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage calendars, documents, and multiple priorities without errors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic, client-centered approach.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Preferred for both roles

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience in law, medical, or financial services (high-trust industries).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Compensation: Competitive base salary. Intake Specialists also earn  uncapped commission and performance bonuses .

Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for top performers.

Job Type:  Full-time.
