Warwick Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Physical Therapy Aide to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This position is approximately 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday)with the opportunity to transition to  full-time as the clinic continues to grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone pursuing a career in physical therapy, healthcare, or exercise science who enjoys working one-on-one with patients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized clinic
• Clean equipment between patients
• Assist with patient flow throughout the day
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Assist with administrative and front desk duties
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Provide excellent customer service to every patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or a related field preferred
• Previous physical therapy aide experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working as part of a small team

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Opportunity for additional hours and full-time employment based on clinic growth and performance

Compensation

• $21-25 per hour , depending on experience
