Neurology Account Manager - Cincinnati, OH

Primary Responsibilities Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory. Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy for product promotion. Analyze local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use in the territory. Maintain current product, disease, competitive, and reimbursement knowledge. Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) in the territory. Use advanced selling and negotiation skills to communicate persuasively with target audiences. Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels. Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed. Manage travel and promotional budget. Complete monitoring/reporting requirements (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems. Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments. Additional ad-hoc projects as needed. Education & Experience Requirements BS or BA with GPA > 3.0. Valid driver’s license and clean driving history. Self-starter; goal- and results‑driven with proven above‑average results. “Hunter” mentality; ability to sell and compete. Strong relationships and territory knowledge (preferred). Ability to travel (may include overnights); may require out-of-territory travel and meetings outside normal working hours. Must reside within territory geography.
