V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Program Manager for our premier client in Hartford, CT.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proposal writing
• Process Flow Analysis
• Team work
• Project management
• Presentation skills
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective action plans related to SNAP error reduction efforts.
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and status reports highlighting key metrics, program progress, issues, and achievements.
• Facilitate leadership, governance, and operational meetings focused on program performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting large-scale government, public sector, human services, benefits administration, or healthcare programs
• Familiarity with SNAP, Medicaid, social services programs, or other public assistance programs is strongly preferred.
• Experience working on initiatives involving program compliance, eligibility operations, quality improvement, or performance management.
