UnityPoint Clinic

UnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care and specialty care. The clinical teams at the area's clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. Overview

• Growing practice
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

• Olympus equipment for EGD's and colon scopes
• 3 exam rooms for each physician 2 OR's for you when in surgery center
• 36 patient contact hours per week with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access

Responsibilities

• Flexible patient scheduling to allow for seeing any volume the Physician is comfortable with
• Call schedule requirement: 10 nights per month
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• Provide the best outcome for every patient every time

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in Iowa
• Support J1/H1B waviers (H1-B Cap Exempt)
• Eligible to work in the United States
