Sioux City provides coordinated clinic, hospital and home-based care with a state-of-the-art surgical center, 24/7 cardiovascular care, and Level III emergency department. Anesthesia Care Team Established practice serving the Sioux City community Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community Full-time position, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access Responsibilities Experience and proficiency with trauma, vascular, neuro cases Care for high acuity patients (ASA III & IV) Supervise CRNAs and Resident Registered Nurse Anesthetists, or perform own cases as needed 24/7 call coverage / shared call model In-hospital cases: general surgery, trauma, neuro, vascular, interventional cardiology/EP, urology, pediatrics Evaluate, interpret, and coordinate information to make decisions regarding patient care Patient-focused, collaborative team player with strong communication Qualifications MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications as appropriate Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available We offer Competitive compensation package Comprehensive Total Rewards program with benefits Generous time off and CME allowance, malpractice insurance, retirement contributions, and more Provider resources to support work-life balance Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Inclusive culture that values diversity and respectful workplace Development opportunities and values-based employer practices Location Sioux City, IA Note: This description reflects current role details and may be subject to change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
