Salary: $62,000–$70,000 per year

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering top-tier food, beverage, and guest service. As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations and in shaping a workplace culture that reflects our values of integrity, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate a front-of-house team focused on hospitality and efficiency
Ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage service across all shifts
Manage daily operations including opening/closing, shift supervision, and guest service
Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships—emphasizing local sourcing
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal menu development and specials
Promote a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and staff

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of restaurant or bar management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience with Toast POS and knowledge of MA State Lottery operations (a plus)
A strong work ethic and a deep passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
