Farm Equipment Mechanic II

Overview The Farm Equipment Mechanic II will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our equipment fleet, including tractors and other farming equipment. Working Hours Typical work hours: Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with opportunities for additional hours or weekends. Location Work will be performed at the Cocoa Ranch shop and at the field as needed. No travel beyond the site is required. Responsibilities Repair and maintain the equipment fleet. Diagnose equipment issues, including electrical and motor repairs. Respond to field diagnostics when needed. Complete work orders daily. Qualifications Diesel and hydraulic knowledge. Electrical knowledge. Small engine knowledge. Welding and fabrication experience. Ability to perform tasks equivalent to Mechanic I with additional skills. Minimum of 2–3 years of farm equipment experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to use own tools.
