Plus, we have been recognized as a USA Today Top Workplace five years in a row, including 2026!In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive:Competitive compensation with ability to earn performance-based incentivesProfessional development through strategic internal platformsOpportunity for career progression with a nationwide physical therapy practicePaid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)Reimbursement for endurance race entry feesYour responsibilities as a Patient Access Representative include:Schedule patient appointments across clinics based on provider availability, patient needs, and location.Manage referrals end-to-end, ensuring accurate patient, insurance, and documentation details.Communicate proactively with patients and teams about scheduling updates, cancellations, and missing information.Deliver a high-quality, patient-first experience while assisting with questions and providing support.Accurately document scheduling activity and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance workflows, and documentation standards.Collaborate with clinic and regional teams while contributing ideas to improve processes and patient access.Qualifications & Pay RangeRequired skills and abilities include:Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong problem solving and adaptability skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using EMR and scheduling platforms.Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.Qualifications:At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).1–2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or customer service preferred.Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.Schedule:Full Time: Mon-Fri (10am-7pm ET)100% remote position supporting our Wellstar partnership in the Atlanta Metro areaCompensation:Pay Range: $19-$20/hr plus monthly incentive(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)Company OverviewAt PT Solutions, we're more than colleagues; we're a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
