The Role
GTM Associates at Gigs are the engine of top-of-funnel growth - and the starting point for a career in commercial leadership. You'll work closely with GTM Leads to identify, qualify, and develop pipeline across Gigs' markets.
This isn't a role where you execute a handed-to-you playbook. You'll help build it and the best people here grow fast because of it. Our GTM org is lean by design. You'll have real visibility with GTM leadership from day one, and the commercial decisions you make will matter.
What you will do
- You'll become a product expert. You'll develop deep knowledge of the Gigs platform and our competitor landscape - understanding not just what we offer, but why it matters to each buyer and how we win.
- You'll own both inbound and outbound. You'll manage inbound leads using clear qualifying criteria and prospect into new accounts with strategic, thoughtful outreach to upmarket buyers. Quality of engagement matters as much as volume.
- You'll bring AI into how you work, naturally. You research accounts, prepare for meetings, and iterate on outreach using AI tools as a core part of your workflow. You share what works and help raise the bar for how the whole team operates.
- You'll partner with marketing to drive pipeline. You'll work closely with the marketing team to manage outbound campaigns, increase lead volume, and make sure commercial follow-through is tight when campaigns land.
- You'll prepare every conversation to a high standard. Before any meeting, you know the company, the buyer, and the angle. You develop the instincts to match research to relevance - and you use every tool available to get there faster.
- You'll keep the CRM your source of truth. You'll maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot so that the whole team can act on clean data. Good hygiene isn't admin - it's how the machine runs.
- You'll provide deal support and develop judgment alongside experienced operators. You'll shadow deal calls, run discovery meetings, and progressively take on more ownership as your skills develop.
- You'll contribute to strategic projects across the US GTM org. Pipeline is your anchor, but this role is deliberately broader. You'll flex into market mapping, go-to-market experiments, and commercial analysis as the US team scales — and take real ownership when you do.
- You'll help build the playbook, not just run it. The US GTM motion is still being shaped. You'll document what works, flag what doesn't, and bring structure to how the team targets and prioritises. The people who grow fastest here treat that as a competitive advantage, not admin.

- You have a high-growth commercial mindset. You've worked in a commercial, strategy, or analytically rigorous role - in sales, business development, partnerships, consulting, or something adjacent. You know how to find the right buyers, earn their attention, and build momentum. We care more about how you think than where you've worked.
- You are analytically sharp. You approach a new market or account the way a good analyst approaches a problem - you form a hypothesis, test it, and revise. You're comfortable with ambiguity and you make structured decisions fast.
- You are an exceptional communicator. In writing and in person, you convey complex ideas clearly and adapt your message to your audience. You know that one precise, relevant message beats ten generic ones - and you're equally comfortable in a written brief and on a live call.
- You are commercially curious. You think about fit, timing, and trigger - not just contact lists. You want to understand why a company might buy, not just that it could.
- You reach for AI without being asked to. You use AI tools to research faster, write sharper outreach, and prepare better. You have a genuine point of view on where it helps and where it doesn't - and you figure out the unsolved parts rather than waiting for someone else to.
- You are a proactive self-starter. You don't wait for a playbook. You help build one, document what you learn, and bring the team along.
- You are passionate about technology. You're genuinely interested in how businesses embed new capabilities into their products - and energised by the idea of selling infrastructure that enables that.
- You care deeply about outcomes. Whatever you do needs to have commercial impact. You make smart trade-offs between speed and quality, and you hold yourself accountable to results.
