Dental Practice Manager
As a full-time Dental Practice Manager at AZ Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, you'll be the driving force behind our office operations. Your leadership ensures smooth workflows, exceptional patient experiences, and a thriving practice environment.

What's Your Day Like As Our Dental Practice Manager?
You will:
- Optimize and manage the office schedule for maximum efficiency
- Oversee the new patient experience from start to finish
- Analyze and present office KPIs to guide performance
- Monitor production, collections, and case acceptance metrics
- Support team productivity and ensure smooth daily operations
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Ready To Become Our Dental Practice Manager?
- Knowledge of treatment plans and how they translate into scheduling blocks
- Understanding A/R, outstanding claims, and patient balances
- Knowledge of CDT coding basics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to sequence appointments appropriately
- Ability to master daily, weekly, and monthly office workflows
- Ability to ensure rooms/clinicians stay productive and on time
