Senior Manager - Cybersecurity OT Manufacturing & Distribution

Medtronic seeks a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity for Operational Technology to lead OT security strategy and execution across manufacturing and distribution facilities. The role involves developing enterprise-aligned security standards, managing experienced teams, and protecting critical manufacturing operations and patient-impacting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OT cybersecurity strategy aligned with Medtronic enterprise objectives
• Establish policies, standards, and operating processes to strengthen manufacturing security
• Lead, coach, and develop cybersecurity professionals and site security champions
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain leaders on security integration
• Recommend resource plans, budgets, and priorities balancing business continuity and risk reduction

Requirements

• Deep expertise in operational technology cybersecurity within manufacturing environments
• Broad management and leadership experience with team oversight and people development
• Understanding of engineering, operations, infrastructure, and incident response disciplines
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in healthcare manufacturing
• Experience translating enterprise objectives into operational security plans and standards
• Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and align stakeholders with competing priorities
