Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder to perform MIG welding on steel building materials. The ideal candidate will be experienced in producing high-quality metal buildings and proficient in various welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel building materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate metal structures.
• Execute production tasks for metal buildings.
• Utilize TIG welding, spray arc, and steel fabrication techniques.
• Ensure all welding work meets quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Knowledge of metal building production tasks.
• Skilled in welding techniques such as TIG welding and spray arc.
• Proficiency in steel fabrication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• TIG, stick, and flux welding skills are a plus.
• Must possess a welding hood.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a 1-hour lunch break, and then from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Occasionally, you may be required to work on Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, averaging 54 hours per week. The work is performed in a manufacturing facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chickasha, OK.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Chickasha,OK.
