Sr. Director Planning Systems & Processes
Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Care Companies
Senior Director leading global supply chain planning systems and processes strategy for orthopedic medical technology company. Responsible for enterprise planning systems transformation, including Advanced Planning Systems implementation, ERP integration, and company separation initiatives across multiple international locations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi-year global strategy for planning systems, architecture, and investment roadmap
- Lead business-driven selection, design, and implementation of enterprise Advanced Planning System
- Partner with ERP leadership to integrate planning requirements and ensure aligned system deployment
- Provide executive oversight for company separation planning system readiness and transition activities
- Establish global governance, process ownership, and standardization for demand, supply, and inventory planning
Requirements
- Executive leadership experience managing large-scale supply chain or planning transformations
- Deep knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and ERP implementation
- Proven ability to develop multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps
- Experience with global process standardization and governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across finance, IT, operations, and business functions
- Demonstrated success leading and building high-performing global teams
