Influencer Operations Coordinator

Location: Culver City, CA 90230 - Hybrid Onsite Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday Pay Rate: $35.00/hour Contract Length: 7.5 months, with potential for extension or conversion The Fountain Group is hiring an Influencer Operations Coordinator for a prominent client in the professional hair care and beauty industry . This role will support a fast-paced Influencer & Talent team responsible for executing high-volume influencer and celebrity partnerships . The ideal candidate brings experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, social media, PR, or project coordination and is highly organized when managing multiple talent partnerships, deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders. Experience within the hair care, hair styling, beauty, cosmetics, or professional salon industry is strongly preferred. What You’ll Do Support the execution of high-volume influencer and celebrity partnerships by managing day-to-day operational activities tied to contracted deliverables. Track social, PR, and service-day deliverables across influencer and celebrity agreements. Maintain detailed trackers and calendars for deadlines, deliverable status, approvals, and proof of performance. Coordinate schedules, logistics, and follow-ups with talent, agents, managers, internal teams, and other stakeholders . Manage social content timelines, including submissions, approvals, revisions, posting dates, and posting confirmation. Support PR deliverables including interviews, salon appointments, quotes, testimonials, and other media opportunities. Assist with one-off talent and PR opportunities such as sponsorships, broadcast appearances, red carpet activations, and special events . Partner with Social, PR, Events, and Brand teams to ensure talent programs align with broader campaign timelines and priorities. Coordinate operational logistics including travel, product shipments, gifting, and event preparation. Support invoice processing, documentation, payments, and reconciliation related to talent and influencer programs. Provide regular status updates to Talent Managers and proactively flag delays, risks, or execution issues. Maintain organized processes and systems to improve efficiency across influencer and talent programs. What We’re Looking For 2-4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, social media, PR coordination, project management, or a related area. Must have experience supporting high-volume influencer and/or celebrity partnerships. Hands‑on experience managing the operational details behind influencer and celebrity programs , including deliverables, timelines, calendars, approvals, and follow-up. Experience communicating directly with talent, agents, managers, and internal stakeholders . Strong working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok , as well as emerging social channels. Experience managing multiple concurrent deliverables using spreadsheets, trackers, calendars, or project management platforms . Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach. Highly Preferred Experience within the hair care, hair styling products, professional salon, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry . Previous experience supporting both influencer marketing and PR/talent programs . Experience coordinating celebrity partnerships, talent appearances, events, gifting, and social campaigns. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
