Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

What You ll Do

• Provide OB labor and delivery coverage at a busy teaching hospital
• Manage low and high-risk pregnancies using established protocols
• Perform obstetric ultrasounds and interpret fetal heart rate monitoring
• Assist during deliveries including vaginal, operative, and emergency cesarean sections
• Collaborate with residents, midwives, and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record system (Epic)
• Support inpatient gynecology procedures as needed

What You Need

• Ohio medical license in good standing
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• 2+ years of hospitalist OB experience preferred
• Proficiency in FHR interpretation, ultrasounds, and obstetric procedures
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

About the Assignment
Join a welcoming, high-level obstetrics unit within a trusted medical center in Toledo. The facility is equipped with 10 labor and delivery beds, onsite lab and ultrasound services, and a Level III nursery. Providers will work alongside residents and nursing staff in a teaching hospital environment committed to excellence in patient care.
