Description Leasing Agent – Apartments | $18–$24/hr + Perks Location: Salem, OR (Eastpark Apartment Homes) Schedule: Full-Time |Tuesday-Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 60 min unpaid lunch Why This Job? $18–$24 per hour (DOE) $50/month phone stipend Full-time , stable schedule High-growth opportunity with a rapidly growing company Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime pay What You’ll Do Tour prospective residents and showcase the community Guide applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals Process applications and maintain accurate resident files Track leads and support leasing and marketing efforts Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns Inspect model units, tour paths, and common areas Support outreach and community engagement initiatives Maintain a clean, professional leasing office and environment What We’re Looking For 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred Driver's license and auto insurance required Lease-up experience a plus Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems) Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset About the Property Eastpark Apartment Homes is a brand-new community in Salem, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lease-up team and help build a vibrant resident community from the ground up. Physical Requirements Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
