Job Summary Jonathan's The Rub East End Houston, TX is looking for one sous chef to join our team. We are located on 2929 Navigation Blvd. Ste. 200. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. Pay Will be determined based on experience, knowledge, and dedication Responsibilities Train and develop chefs to company standards Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs Anticipate and order ingredients and arrange re-stock accordingly Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards Qualifications Experience working as a sous chef or chef High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume Speaks both English and Spanish at least semi-fluently We are looking forward to hearing from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
