Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to join their client's dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone with a robust background in commercial property management, particularly with shopping centers. The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 and is based in a vibrant location, providing a dynamic work environment and ample opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring all facilities are in excellent condition and meet tenant needs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for property management, focusing on maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address and resolve any property-related issues promptly.
- Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions while fostering positive tenant relationships.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and optimize financial performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations concerning property management and leasing.
- Engage with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of property operations, financials, and tenant communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (master's degree or relevant certifications a plus).
- 2-4 years of commercial real estate or property management experience, preferably with shopping centers.
- Strong experience in commercial property management, including proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi) and financial analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of commercial real estate principles, lease administration, and tenant relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese required to support business communication needs.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 1st shift
Benefits

Additional Details
Maximum pay is $105,000.00 and minimum pay is $90,000.00. Around 0% travel time is expected.
