Responsibilities An Online Global Booking Consultant's responsibilities include assisting clients with booking travel, accommodations, and activities, managing reservations from start to finish, and providing support throughout their trip. Client management and planning Consult with clients: Discuss and understand clients' preferences, budgets, and specific requirements for trips. Research and recommend: Investigate destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to provide tailored recommendations and create detailed travel plans. Handle special needs: Account for specific needs such as accessibility, dietary requirements, or necessary travel documents (passports, visas). Booking and reservation management Book services: Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services using booking systems. Process payments: Handle deposits and final payments for bookings. Manage changes: Address and manage any modifications or changes to bookings, including cancellations or delays.
