Manager of Infection Prevention
Location: Fresno, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $161,657 - $205,504 Annually

Key Responsibilities:

Lead infection prevention and control initiatives across the organization.
Monitor, analyze, and report healthcare-associated infection data.
Investigate infection trends, outbreaks, and potential risks.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve patient safety.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Provide education, guidance, and leadership to infection prevention staff.
Drive performance improvement and quality initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience in Infection Prevention, Nursing, Quality, or Healthcare Operations.
Previous leadership or management experience in an acute care setting.
Strong knowledge of infection control practices, healthcare regulations, and patient safety standards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
