• Reliable transportation for travel between worksites

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
• Deliver therapeutic services consistent with students’ IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate session notes
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Adapt strategies and interventions to meet the unique needs of each student
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
• Maintain compliance with school and state occupational therapy standards
