Dental Scheduling Coordinator

Patient Interaction: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and assist with inquiries.
Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Coordination with Staff: Work closely with dental staff to optimize appointments flow and reduce wait times.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes, including understanding dental coding.
Patient Education: Help patients understand treatment plans and coordinate their care.

Workdays are M-W, 7:30-5:00 and Th 7:30-2:00.
