This includes responsibilities such as asset/liability management, liquidity management, and capital planning. The role also involves monitoring key financial metrics, providing insights to senior leadership, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in the financial institution industry. A strong background in GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements is essential, as is a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
