Seasonal Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the part-time Seasonal Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes while providing administrative support in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment and hiring of quality candidates and perform onboarding tasks Run and monitor background checks and drug screens, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate first-day details to new hires Required qualifications: Associate's Degree required Preferred experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition Experience in the transportation industry is a plus Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational and administrative skills
