Human Resources Business Partner

Serving as a strategic partner to Operations and Litigation Technology leaders, the remote HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, guide performance and compensation decisions, and support workforce planning and organizational design across the company. Key responsibilities Facilitate HR screening interviews and conduct exit interviews while providing recruiting relief during high-volume hiring periods Act as the primary HR resource for Operations and Lit Tech, offering guidance on people matters, policy interpretation, and team dynamics Oversee employee relations and workplace investigations, coaching managers on performance issues and managing the disciplinary process Required qualifications 5+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience with direct ownership of employee relations and workplace investigations Strong coaching, consulting, and conflict-resolution skills with people leaders Working knowledge of applicable federal and state employment law Proficient with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll systems and strong Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
