Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Senior Manufacturing Engineer position with Stryker's Neurovascular division in Salt Lake City. Responsible for designing, validating, and optimizing medical device manufacturing processes while troubleshooting production challenges and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and validate manufacturing processes for safe medical device production
- Conduct process qualifications and verify compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Troubleshoot production issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, or yield
- Lead cross-functional projects on process optimization and new product introduction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing or production engineering experience
- Proficiency creating and interpreting engineering drawings with design software
- Experience conducting statistical and data-driven analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in regulated medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of process validation, qualification, and quality systems
Compensation: $81,600 - $136,000 USD Annual
