Step into a rewarding contract opportunity utilizing your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce. This school-based role allows for both part-time and full-time candidates, with the flexibility to combine positions for a full-time schedule. Engage with a diverse caseload ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade in collaborative, resource-rich environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida SLP license required
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Must complete district fingerprinting (existing AHCA fingerprints can be transferred)
• On-site badge pickup prior to start date is required
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a supportive SLP team

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to K-8 students (with one campus focusing on PK-8)
• Maintain clear communication with students, staff, and families to maximize outcomes
• Travel between 1-2 campuses depending on schedule (part-time: 14–21 hours/week; full-time: 35 hours/week)
• Manage a varied caseload: Tradition Lakes (4th-8th, one other SLP on-site), Manatee K-8 (K-8, dynamic SLP team), C.A. Moore K-8 (PK-8, sole SLP), and White City Elementary (grades K-5, small school setting)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
• Complete thorough documentation and progress tracking
