Senior Graphic Designer

About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Graphic Designer to contribute to our growing creative function. This role is well-suited to a designer who combines strong visual craft with a methodical approach to project management. You will be instrumental in delivering high-volume design work while helping to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities Produce polished design assets across digital and print formats, including brand collateral, presentations, campaign materials, print assets Work extensively in Figma to develop and maintain design files, component libraries, and shared assets Support project coordination efforts using Asana, including task tracking and timeline management Uphold brand consistency across all outputs and contribute to the ongoing development of design systems Support team members navigate shared design resources Requirements A solid portfolio demonstrating graphic design capability across a range of formats 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design roles Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and collaborative workflows Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with Asana or equivalent project management platforms B2+ level of English (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing workload and deadlines Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a consistently high standard Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with multiple stakeholders Experience in SaaS, tech, or legal tech environments is nice-to-have Your Benefits Joining this team means more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to grow your career while working with some of the most innovative companies in the US and Europe.
