The Project Coordinator serves as the central point of communication between Sales Representatives, Installation Managers, customers, vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are organized, materials are ordered, schedules stay on track, and customers receive an exceptional experience.This role supports project execution by coordinating installation schedules, processing change orders, ordering materials, maintaining project documentation, assisting with quotes, and helping resolve issues quickly and effectively.
