Performing comprehensive pre-procedural assessments Preparing patients for a wide range of minimally invasive interventions Providing continuous patient monitoring during procedures Administering moderate sedation under physician guidance in accordance with hospital policies Recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment Collaborating closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality care Recovery care is provided by a dedicated Procedural PACU team, allowing nurses to focus on delivering exceptional procedural care.
