Program Supervisor

Program Supervisor Supervisory Position – Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing. Responsibilities: Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and perform administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program. Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Balance direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision duties. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. One year of related work experience. At least 18 years of age. Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance. Other licensure or certification required by regulatory authority. Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and those served. Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
