Are you an experienced escrow professional who knows how to keep every detail, deadline, and document moving toward the closing table? CornerStone Staffing is seeking an Escrow Officer for an immediate opportunity supporting HELOC and refinance transactions. If you know Qualia, understand the escrow process, and can confidently step into a fast-moving environment with minimal ramp-up time, this team is ready to move quickly.
POSITION: ESCROW OFFICER
LOCATION: Dallas, Tx
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $31.25/hour
• Monday–Friday - 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Immediate start
ROLE IMPACT
The Escrow Officer will help keep HELOC and refinance transactions progressing accurately and efficiently from opening through closing. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple parties while ensuring transaction documentation remains accurate and on schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and process HELOC and refinance transactions through the escrow process
• Review transaction documentation for accuracy, completeness, and outstanding requirements
• Maintain escrow files and transaction updates within Qualia
• Communicate with lenders, title professionals, borrowers, and other transaction parties
• Track outstanding documents and follow up to prevent closing delays
• Coordinate closing requirements, documentation, and transaction timelines
• Maintain accurate records while managing multiple active files and deadlines
• Resolve routine transaction issues and escalate concerns when necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of recent escrow, title, mortgage closing, or closely related transaction experience
• 3+ years of recent experience working with HELOCs, refinances, or residential mortgage transactions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
• Hands-on Qualia software experience
• Experience independently managing HELOC and refinance transactions
• Strong written and verbal communication with lenders, customers, and transaction partners
