Escrow Officer

MHW Search has exclusively partnered with a reputable title company with locations across Dallas. We are seeking Residential Escrow Officers to join the team. This person will get up to 10% on commissions + base salary. The ideal candidate will be highly client-facing, detail-oriented, and capable of managing residential transactions from contract through closing while continuing to grow and maintain their referral network. Key Responsibilities Manage residential real estate closings from contract receipt through funding and disbursement Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, builders, and referral partners Review contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, settlement statements, lender instructions, and closing documents Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, processors, title examiners, underwriters, and internal operations teams Ensure all closing requirements, title curative items, payoff information, funding conditions, and compliance requirements are satisfied Conduct closings professionally and accurately while delivering a high-quality client experience Maintain and grow an existing book of business through strong client service and relationship management Proactively communicate transaction status, timelines, and potential issues to all parties Identify and resolve title, escrow, funding, or closing-related issues in a timely manner Ensure files are closed in accordance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, lender requirements, and regulatory standards Support business development efforts by maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and helping drive repeat business Ideal Candidate Profile 7+ years of residential title, escrow, or closing experience Strong residential title and escrow background Existing book of business required Established relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, investors, or other residential referral sources Proven ability to independently manage residential closings from start to finish Strong knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements, closing disclosures, lender instructions, funding, and escrow procedures Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active files Excellent communication skills and strong client-service orientation Ability to troubleshoot closing issues and keep transactions moving Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven residential title environment Professional presence with the ability to retain and grow client relationships Competitive compensation structure tied to experience and production Opportunity to join a growing residential title platform Supportive escrow, processing, and operational infrastructure Ability to leverage an existing book of business while continuing to grow referral relationships Strong long-term opportunity for a closer who is client-facing, production-oriented, and residential-focused #J-18808-Ljbffr MHW Search
