Senior Product Manager

Role Description

Rise Vision is currently searching for a Senior Product Manager to work alongside the Technical Team to further enhance and expand our product offering. This is a fully remote position and will report to the CTO.

As the Senior Product Manager you’re accountable for:

• Defining and writing product requirements documents (PRD, pitch, feature requirement) using Basecamp’s Shape Up Process.
• Analyzing and reviewing usage data to identify improvements for our product.
• Collecting user feedback through user interviews and market research.
• Reviewing competitors' products and features.
• Collaborating with Engineering and UX teams to build product features.
• Collaborating with Support, CS, Sales, and Marketing on technical requests/conversations with new customers.
• Collecting product feedback from all customer-facing teams.
• Training and promoting new features internally.
• Working closely with the Technical Team to improve product strategy through a deep understanding of our customer.
• Validating features and firmware versions post releases.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a Senior Product Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience managing SaaS products throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success defining product strategy, developing product roadmaps, and delivering customer-focused software solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, including subscription-based revenue, customer lifecycle, retention, and product-led growth principles.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into well-defined product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Business Management.
• High attention to detail with the ability to think "big picture".
• Strong oral and communication skills; ability to conduct presentations online.
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions and measure impact.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
