Record Center SpecialistWe are seeking a dedicated Record Center Specialist to join our team. This role involves physically demanding tasks such as moving, arranging, lifting, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes. Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards is required.ResponsibilitiesProcess orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.Manually lift, carry, and arrange boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting.Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks safely on uneven and concrete surfaces.Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation without assistance.Read and write English fluently.Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes.Operate handheld scanners.Climb and balance on ladders.Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance for prolonged periods.Load, operate, and move hand carts, pallet jacks, and various other material handling aids.Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.QualificationsAbility to perform physically demanding tasks as described.Compliance with safety footwear requirements.Must be a U.S. Person to meet ITAR regulations.Public Trust Clearance applicable.Work ScheduleNormal work schedule is 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.Located in a vibrant city known for its rich cultural heritage and dynamic community, this position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment.Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
