Licensing Assistant - Global High-End Consumer Brand Location Compensation $80,000-$100,000 annually + bonus + perks and great benefits Job Summary The Licensing Assistant supports international licensees for a global high-end consumer brand. The position entails typical executive assistant duties, as well as ensuring all licensed products and marketing executions align with brand standards, visual identity, and storytelling across global markets. This role partners closely with internal marketing, creative, e-commerce, and product teams to manage approvals, distribute assets, and support brand consistency across retail, digital, and wholesale channels. Licensing Marketing, Brand & E-Commerce Support Support international licensees with marketing and advertising activations across print, outdoor (OOH), digital, social media, influencer programs, and special events Review, consult on, and approve licensee marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand voice, visual identity, and consumer-facing standards Manage visual merchandising directives for licensed partners, including window displays, in-store signage, sales tools, PR assets, GWP offerings, and seasonal/monthly guidelines Review and approve localized creative adaptations while maintaining global brand consistency Distribute brand-approved creative assets and campaign materials, including videos, catalogs, lookbooks, mailers, and e-commerce assets Support the launch and ongoing maintenance of licensee e-commerce sites by providing creative layouts and assets Review licensee websites and digital storefronts ahead of launches or refreshes to ensure a cohesive consumer experience Product & Collection Approvals Coordinate product and collection approvals for licensed consumer products in collaboration with internal design, merchandising, and product development teams Ensure licensed products meet brand, quality, and aesthetic standards prior to market release Track approvals, revisions, and timelines to support on-time launches #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
