Required Skills: Board Certification (BE or BC) in Gastroenterology Valid Pennsylvania State Medical License DEA Certification Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience Proficiency in procedures and call coverage Strong patient engagement and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with onsite anesthesiology team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with EPIC electronic medical records Prior experience in high-acuity hospital settings Familiarity with compliance and credentialing processes Multispecialty collaboration skills Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Completion of residency and fellowship in Gastroenterology One or more years of hospital-based practice experience Other Requirements: Availability for 7-day blocks including weekends Participation in 24-hour call rotations (7 am Monday to 7 am Tuesday) Work schedule includes 10-hour days, with optional OR starting at 7:30 am Support staff includes onsite anesthesiology EMR system: EPIC Hospital bed size: 593 beds Travel and licensure reimbursements provided where applicable This opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $443.43, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
