Client Support Specialist

To support a growing background screening company, the full-time Client Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound client communications, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain positive client relationships through professional management of calls, emails, and chat inquiries Track and disposition client interactions in the CRM system, resolving requests and technical issues accurately Process service orders in compliance with departmental standards and provide service recommendations to existing accounts Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 1-2 years of experience in client service and data entry Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client interactions Ability to manage multiple communication channels while maintaining quality and productivity
