Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

This role involves operating machines in various production areas such as injection molding, assembly, and blow molding. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided for individuals willing to learn and work diligently.

• Operate general production machines including injection mold and blow mold equipment.
• Participate in assembly line operations ensuring efficient workflow.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control in packaging processes.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in production areas.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

• Ability to perform general labor tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
• Capability to operate machinery and perform assembly tasks.
• Inspection and packaging skills.

• Experience in food service operations and construction is beneficial.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments.

Work in a dynamic manufacturing setting where ear and eye protection is required, but steel-toed shoes are not necessary. Tennis shoes are acceptable. Operate on a point system with termination at eight points. The facility operates three shifts from Monday to Friday: 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The average workweek is 54 hours, with potential for 6-7 days of work during peak times. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times for 41-52 hours, and double time is paid for over 52 hours. Employees are restricted from working over 12 hours a day or more than 64 hours a week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dunlap, TN.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.39/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Dunlap,TN.
