Job Description Job Description A fast-growing, client-focused personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 2+ years of litigation or pre-litigation experience to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for injured individuals and families while working on a wide range of accident and catastrophic injury matters. The firm represents clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, workplace incidents, and other negligence-based claims, guiding clients through the legal process and pursuing full and fair compensation for their losses.

Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Conduct case investigations, analyze liability, and evaluate damages.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guidance throughout the claims process.
Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable settlements.
Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients at hearings and trial when necessary.
Work collaboratively with paralegals, case managers, and experts to develop strong, evidence-based cases.
Review medical records, accident reports, and other documentation to support injury claims and damages.

Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in California and in good standing.
2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (pre-litigation and/or litigation).
Experience handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, or wrongful death claims preferred.
Trial experience or strong desire to develop trial skills is a plus.

Experience negotiating with insurance carriers and evaluating case value.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a litigation team.
