What You'll Do:

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will support the credentialing process for new hires within Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System. This includes:

• Processing credentialing requests for initial hires
• Analyzing and evaluating primary source verification data and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with Emplify Health and external regulatory requirements
• Assessing the quality and completeness of credentialing materials
• Collaborating with Department Chairs to develop and maintain standard credentialing criteria

What's Available

• Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Front Street Office, La Crosse, WI
• Starting Pay: $21.63/hour and up, based on experience

What You'll Need:

• Associate degree in Healthcare, Legal, or Business
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, legal, or business settings
• Prior credentialing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
