Position Overview

Usery Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing Allstate team. This is a hybrid opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing new business, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions.

Our producers focus on sales—not policy servicing. We have a dedicated service team, allowing you to spend your time developing new business and growing your income.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new insurance business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Achieve individual sales and production goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry changes.
• Accurately document sales activity and customer information.

Qualifications

• Active GA Property & Casualty license required.
• Georgia license - resident or non-resident - required before your start date.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Life license is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
