Manufacturing Operations manager

Operations ExecutiveCurrently, we are looking to find an exceptional Operations Executive that can aid in running and overseeing the regulatory and safety compliance for this food production facility. The main areas of focus will center around oversight of plant maintenance, coordinating with plant team members, and various other managerial roles within the plant. This role will serve as an integral contributor to further company growth and development. The Plant Manager will work closely with the General Manager on the direction and strategic planning of the plant.For immediate consideration, contact View email address on click.appcast.io with any relevant qualifications and files for this position.Operations Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for all plant-related, regulatory, and safety compliance tasksOversees all plant maintenance activities, including maintenance team membersResponsible for assigning and managing the execution of all maintenance projectsResponsible for monitoring and controlling plant operating budgetDevelops options and strategies for improved manufacturing, equipment, and overall business resultsPlan around processes to ensure all company goals are being metEnsure all permitting and licensing is in complianceEnsure corrective/preventive actions are implemented for internal and external customer complaintsMaintain effective departmental quality proceduresResponsible for inventory accuracy of raw materials and finished goodsMonitor workload factors and workflow to ensure maximum use of available capacity and effective use of labor, tools, and equipment.Oversee production planning and schedulingDevelop training plans for direct reports, including succession planningEnsure employees are effectively trained to meet expectations of safety and GMP'sOperations Manager Experience:A high degree of analysis, problem-solving, and creativityExperience with SAPProven Project Management, planning, organizational and decision making skillsThis position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunity for advancement.
