Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or classroom assistant, specifically in a school setting
• Comfort working closely with elementary-aged children, ideally with 1:1 support
• Strong patience, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility, reliability, and genuine enthusiasm for student development

Core Responsibilities:

• Offer individualized academic and behavioral support to your assigned student
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and social integration
• Help implement educational and behavioral strategies under teacher guidance
• Monitor the student’s progress and document key milestones
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning atmosphere
