Position Title Customer Care Representative Location Remote, Rhode Island Hourly Rate $17.50 What Will Your Job Look Like? The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. The role involves handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, with a target of 60‑80 calls per day, higher volumes on Mondays. Tasks increase in complexity as your skills progress.
