The VP of Product Marketing will report to the CMO and define the strategic narrative and GTM engine for our expanding portfolio of AI-powered legal solutions, acting as a force multiplier for our revenue engine while scaling the marketing organization for sustained, long-term growth. Reporting to the CMO, this seasoned leader will build and lead the product marketing organization to translate complex technical breakthroughs in AI into compelling, high-conversion value propositions that resonate deeply with law firm leaders and legal professionals across the SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments.

This leader must craft a multi-year marketing strategy that compounds our brand and category position, effectively balancing urgent quarterly goals with the foundational work required to scale EvenUp into a full-scale system-of-record. They will paint a compelling, unified vision for the marketing team, ensuring that every launch cycle, sales enablement asset, and customer evidence program directly supports our mission to close the justice gap.

Success requires precise communication, as this person will influence cross-functional leaders in Product and Sales to align on roadmap priorities and market signals. They must possess the expertise to differentiate our AI in a crowded legal-tech landscape, grounding our narrative in tangible customer value. Ultimately, this individual will build and mentor a cohesive team, fostering the talent density necessary to sustain our rapid trajectory.

What You'll Do:

• Own and execute EvenUp's product marketing strategy, ensuring our positioning, GTM plan, and activation evolves as we scale our product
• Partner with EPD leadership to drive launch cycles for new features and platform products, focusing on adoption metrics and revenue impact.
• Partner with sales on the development of sales enablement content, competitive positioning, and customer evidence programs that accelerate deal velocity across all market segments.
• Analyze market and user signal to inform the product roadmap, ensuring that customer pain points are at the center of our development prioritization.
• Scale and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering deep cross-functional partnership between Marketing, Product, and Sales.

What We Look For:

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of scaling high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
• Experience leading product marketing for AI-native or technical products where complex workflows were a core component of the value proposition.
• Strong track record of partnering with Sales leadership to drive GTM alignment and achieve measurable revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of how to translate technical capabilities into clear, concise, and persuasive messaging that resonates with non-technical end users.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and navigate complex, cross-functional organizational environments.
